We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, textiles such as bedding and rugs must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our stoneware and porcelain collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend hand-washing items with metallic gold or silver detailing to preserve their finish.
